This workshop is designed to silence the inner critic and help you release shame, self-blame, and feelings of guilt. It is informative; it expands self-awareness and provides hands on tools for pivoting from the inner critic. You will learn how to question your negative perception of yourself, reframe your thoughts, and practice self-compassion. As you build on the skill of self-forgiveness you will decrease the act of self-sabotage and build self-acceptance.
