Welcome. I have worked as a psychotherapist for many years, and added working as a self-development coach so that I can serve in a diverse way. My passion is to help people with emotional healing, developing the self, and personal transformation because this leads us toward our emotional freedom. To do this I use strategies that increase self-awareness and help shift the psyche, and I also aim to unify mind and soul. I believe that any separation of the perceived self leaves us feeling fragmented and this plays out in our outer world. So, my goal is to bridge any parts or gaps that interfere with our emotional freedom and inner peace.
